Concierge Services from BMW ConnectedDrive makes it possible to request specific information on the road and receive practical information and tips. At the push of a button the driver is connected with a BMW Call Centre agent who acts as their "personal assistant" on the road.
Whether a particular restaurant, the nearest ATM or an emergency pharmacy – the BMW Call Centre agent is there to help and can even send information directly to the BMW navigation system. The Concierge Service operates independently of the driver's mobile phone and are available to you at home and abroad. Round the clock, seven days a week at no extra cost.

REAL TIME TRAFFIC INFORMATION.
Real Time Traffic Information (RTTI), part of the ConnectedDrive equipment, is your personal traffic scout that provides you with information about what is happening on highways, main roads and many urban streets. It also offers efficient alternative routes.
This ensures that you are always up to date with the traffic situation on your planned route and have potential alternative routes at your fingertips. Use of RTTI is designed for a period of three years and can be extended at any time.
Only available in conjunction with the optional equipment ConnectedDrive Services.

INTELLIGENT EMERGENCY CALL.
The Intelligent emergency call automatically establishes a connection with the nearest rescue coordination centre through the BMW call centre whenever needed – without the use of a mobile phone. It transmits information regarding the vehicle’s current location and the severity of the accident. The Intelligent emergency call can also be triggered manually in case other road users require help, for example.
