DESIGN PURE EXPERIENCE.
The equipment package Design Pure Excellence offers what is perhaps the most stylish form of open-top motoring. Features such as the 19" light alloy wheels in V-spoke style 366 and refined ceramic embellishers in the interior as well as the timeless, exclusive 'Nappa' leather in Ivory White/Black give the BMW 6 Series Convertible a particularly elegant touch. All details have been painstakingly matched by the BMW designers.
Exterior
The Design Pure Experience highlights the athletic car body with exterior features from the BMW Individual high-gloss Shadow Line and other dark-coloured, sporty extras.
The striking equipment features include black detailing on the side air inlets, the fronts of the kidney grille slats in high-gloss Black, the trim strip at the rear in high-gloss Black, and the Black Chrome tailpipe trim. The dynamic appearance of the front is accentuated by LED fog lights. When viewed from the side, the car's sporty and luxurious optionally available 20" light alloy wheels in Multi-spoke style 616 are particularly striking.
Alongside Melbourne Red metallic, this design package can be combined with any of the BMW and BMW Individual paint finishes. Optional 19" and 20" light alloy wheels from BMW and 20" light alloy wheels from BMW Individual are also available.
Interior
Design Pure Experience affords the interior a sporty yet elegant appearance with exclusive 'Nappa' leather in Cognac/Black (Bicolour) and the 'Fineline' brown fine-wood trim.
Numerous indirect LED light sources, as well as illuminated door sill finishers, further emphasise the luxurious atmosphere.
This design package can be combined with any of the BMW Individual leather upholsteries, the poplar grain grey fine-wood trim and any of the BMW Individual interior trim finishers.

Exterior
The 19" light alloy wheels in V-spoke style 366 from the Design Pure Excellence exterior range give the car a particularly luxurious flair. The B-pillar trim, exterior mirror frames and bases in high-gloss Black add a sporty touch.
Modern LED fog lights hint at the vehicle's countless other fascinating technologies. The Design Pure Excellence exterior equipment includes a metallic paint finish. However the design package can be combined with any of the paint finishes and wheels from the BMW and BMW Individual collections.
Interior
Design Pure Excellence creates a luxurious atmosphere in the interior, which is further accentuated by indirect lighting provided by numerous additional LED lights.
The Ivory White/Black (Bicolour) 'Nappa' leather with extended contents and contrast stitching is beautifully complemented by a leather upholstered instrument panel. The instrument panel also features the poplar grain grey fine-wood trim for an exquisite contrast. Ceramic surrounds for controls such as the gear selector, iDrive Controller, and the audio and air conditioning controls add an extravagant touch. The equipment package is rounded off by illuminated door sill finishers.
Additional design options include Cognac/Black (Bicolour) exclusive 'Nappa' leather with extended features and contrast stitching, all of the BMW Individual leather upholsteries, as well as the 'Fineline' brown fine-wood trim and all BMW Individual interior trim finishers.
M SPORT PACKAGE.
All components of the M Sport package were designed for a single purpose - to give the BMW 6 Series Convertible an even more dynamic appearance. Whether the exclusive interior trim Aluminium Hexagon or the equally exclusive paint finish in Carbon Black metallic, exterior elements in body colour or the M leather steering wheel with multifunction – every detail reflects pure sporty flair.
Exterior
The M Sport package for the exterior includes the M Aerodynamics package with front apron, side skirts and rear apron in the body colour and the diffuser insert in Dark Shadow metallic. Exclusive to the M Sport package: 19" light alloy wheels Double-spoke style 351 M or 20" Double-spoke style 373 M, both with mixed tyres.
The sporty appearance is rounded off by the BMW Individual High-Gloss Shadow Line with trim strips, side frames, window recess finishers and exterior mirror base and frame in High-Gloss Black. The exhaust system's dark Chrome tailpipes match it perfectly. Emblems on the side of the vehicle with the striking M logo hint at the special athletic equipment.
The Carbon Black metallic paint finish is exclusively available for the M Sport package. Also available are the colours Melbourne Red metallic, Alpine White, Sapphire Black metallic, Space Grey metallic, Mediterranean Blue metallic, Glacier Silver metallic, as well as the BMW Individual paint finishes Citrine Black metallic, Ruby Black metallic, Moonstone metallic, Tanzanite Blue metallic, Frozen Bronze metallic and Frozen Brilliant White metallic.
Interior
The M Sport package interior creates an athletic and exclusive ambience. Sport seats for driver and front passenger unite perfect lateral support with great
comfort – in Alcantara/leather combination 'Nappa' in Anthracite, contrasted with black leather.The M leather steering wheel with multifunction buttons puts many functions within easy reach. The athletic-dynamic appearance is present from the BMW Individual anthracite headliner and the Aluminium Hexagon interior trim finishers , all the way down to the M door sill finishers.
Also available are luxurious BMW Individual full leather trim 'Merino' fine-grain in Platinum, Opal White, Amaro Brown, Champagne or Cohiba Brown, with Black bicolour highlighting.
The interior trim finishers are also optionally available in Aluminium finely cut, piano finish black or fine-wood trim poplar grain grey, 'Fineline' brown, sycamore red brown dark or ash grain white.

BMW Individual for the exterior
Discover the four most exclusive places under the sun, presented by the BMW 6 Series Convertible with equipment and features from the BMW Individual Collection.
You can see one example of it in the Tanzanite Blue metallic paint finish, inspired by the gemstone of the same name. Under the direct fall of light, the otherwise dark blue surface sparkles in a fascinating turquoise.

Light alloy wheels
The high-quality 20" BMW M Performance light alloy wheels V-spoke style 464 M are available in Bicolour Ferric Grey, top-burnished or glossy Liquid Black as part of the Original BMW Accessories offering.
Both variants have visible wheel bolts and M logo and comprise a complete RDC set of wheels with mixed Runflat tyres, wheel size 8.5J x 20 with tyre size 245/35 R20 95Y RSC at front and 9J x 20 with tyre size 275/30 R20 97Y RSC at rear.

The BMW M Performance exterior mirror caps are crafted elaborately by hand in 100% carbon. They underscore the car's high-tech character. Their dynamic design ensures a particularly high-end look, adding an individual touch of sporty flair.
The BMW M black kidney grilles consist of chrome decorative slats and a high-gloss Black frame, giving your vehicle a highly expressive quality. They emphasise the dynamic and elegant character of the front end of the vehicle with a simple, striking individual accent.
Information & communication
The Basic snap-in adapter allows various compatible smartphones to be safely stowed and simultaneously charged. The Music, Media and Connect snap-in adapters can also play music stored on the phone via the BMW audio system in the car.
The holder securely holds the device and can be positioned as desired thanks to the 360° rotatable frame and angle adjustment. The holder is easily snapped into the Travel & Comfort System's basic carrier (available separately).
